I’ve represented coworkers in the toughest rooms—when the stakes were livelihoods and dignity. As a shop steward at the Rio, I learned that leadership isn’t always formal. It’s forged in conflict, built on listening, and tested by how you show up when silence is safer.

But there came a moment when I knew:
The vision I carried was bigger than grievance meetings and backroom negotiations.
Leadership—bold, just, creative—needed a louder platform.
So I built this one.
